Challenge

Our client had a significant amount of commissioning to be done within a very tight timeframe. They faced significant staff shortages and were unable to source more appropriate people for the job.

They needed engineers with strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal – a skill which is particularly hard to find in the current market. 

How we solved it

We were able to source, assess, and supply a team of suitably-skilled and immediately-available engineers who were prepared to work 10-hour days and on weekends, as required, to meet the client’s needs.

Over the project, we grew to know our engineer's strengths and aspirations intimately, which enabled us to place three out of the four engineers in their next engagements. It is our aim to develop long-lasting mutually-beneficial relationships with both the clients and experts we work with.
